Boiler replacement prices
A like-for-like boiler replacement starts from €2,950 + VAT, fully installed with an A-rated condensing boiler, removal of the old one, a system flush and commissioning. The final price depends on your home: moving the boiler to a new position, converting from a system boiler to a combi (or the other way round), upgrading the flue, or adding new controls or radiators can add to the cost. We carry out a free survey first and give you a fixed written quote before any work starts.

Combi vs system boiler
A combi boiler heats water instantly on demand, with no hot water tank. It is compact and ideal for apartments and most homes with one bathroom. A system boiler works with a hot water cylinder, so it can supply several showers and taps at the same time — a better fit for larger homes with two or more bathrooms. What happens on installation day
Most straight swaps are completed in a single day. The engineer protects your floors, drains the system and removes the old boiler. The new boiler is fitted, connected to gas, water and the flue, and the system is flushed to remove sludge. Finally, the boiler is commissioned, tested for safety, and we show you how to use the controls. We register the manufacturer warranty for you and leave you with the RGI paperwork.
